Unless you pause or cancel your membership, it will keep running. You can pause your membership for one to six whole membership months at a time from the start of your next membership month.
You can both cancel and reactivate your membership from "Your Account" on the website. You can find more information about this here.
If you request your cancellation at least three days before the end of your current membership month, your membership will end at the end of your current billing cycle with no further payment. If you cancel your membership after this, your membership will end after an additional month.
You can see when your billing cycle starts by going to “Your Account” in our website and checking under “member since” at the top of the page. Your starting date determines the day in which your billing cycle begins.
For example: if you have been an M member since January 5th and decide to cancel your contract, you will need to cancel your membership before the 2nd of the month. It is important for you to know that a membership month is not the same as a calendar month. You can read more about our membership months here.
