This applies to all payment methods.
When adding a new payment method or updating an existing one, please note that some methods require 3D Secure authentication. In these cases, you’ll be redirected to a new window to complete the verification.
Once you return to the Urban Sports Club site, make sure to:

Accept the terms and conditions again, and

Click “Save” once more to confirm the update.
If you skip this final step, the new payment method won’t be saved in our system.
How can I remove my old payment details after changing them?
You don't need to remove your old payment method after adding a new one. However, if you’d like to have it removed, please contact us via our contact form with your request.
