To find out if you need to make a reservation for a class or workout, just check the "Important Information" on the profile of the partner through the app or our website. You'll also find instructions on how to make a reservation. 📲
Normally for gym chains, you don't need to book a spot. However, we strongly recommend that you always review the "Important Information" of the partner venue you want to visit. 🏋️♂️
To make an "Instant Booking" (for example, all live online classes), make sure you've logged in to the app or our website. If you've recently reactivated your account, confirm that your new membership number is correct because the Urban Sports Club app might still have an open session with your old membership number. 🔄
Depending on the partner, you can make a reservation through the app: "Book Instantly" or directly with the partner (using the partner's reservation platform, calling, emailing, or via WhatsApp - this information is displayed on the partner's profile).
To make a reservation through the app, go to "Activities," then choose the class you want to book, then hit "Book Instantly", read the class details carefully, and when you're absolutely sure, press "Book Now." 📅✅
You can also find classes by accessing the profile of the partner you want to visit by clicking on "Centers" > Select the center > "View Schedule", choose the class, and book it. 🏢👀
If you can't make it to the class, be sure to cancel in time; otherwise, we might hit you with a fee for a late cancellation or, if you don't cancel at all, a "no-show" fee. For more info on this, please check out our article: Bindingly booked classes, cancellations and no shows. ⏰⚠️
If you book a class/activity directly with the partner or if it's a walk-in activity that doesn't require a prior reservation, like "Free Training", you can add it to your "Schedule" to better organize all your bookings and avoid double-booking when you have a membership in Germany (Example: an instant booking and a massage booking made directly with the partner). 🗓️🤝
You can find more info on how your "Schedule" works in this article. 📆📚
