If your membership is awaiting company approval, your employer must confirm it to activate your account. This process can take up to two working days.
- If your membership is not approved by the 20th of the current month, your start date will be adjusted to the 1st of the following month.
- Once your employer confirms your membership, you will receive a confirmation email, and your membership will be activated immediately.
What should I do if the status remains "Awaiting Company Approval" or gets declined instead of "Active"?
If your membership is declined by your employer or the status remains "Awaiting Company Approval" for more than two working days, we recommend contacting:
- Your HR department
- The person responsible for managing employee benefits in your company.
