What is a visit limit?
A visit limit is the number of times you can visit a partner's venue(s) within a month. Some partners have multiple venues, and each venue may have its own visit limit. However, in some cases, a partner might apply a global visit limit across all their venues. This means that the total number of visits is shared between all of that partner's locations for the month.
How does the visit limit work?
For M, L, and XL memberships, visit limits apply to the calendar month, starting on the 1st and ending on the last day. If you join on, for example, the 10th, you still get the full visit limit from that day until the end of the month. Limits reset on the 1st of the following month.
Exception for S memberships: S memberships have a general limit of four check-ins per membership month, regardless of the calendar month.
Important for members in Germany: Regardless of your membership type, you are limited to one check-in per day.
Important for corporate members in all countries: For PRO and BUSINESS memberships, you are also restricted to one check-in per day, but this applies to all venues combined. These memberships are available to employees of specific affiliate companies. For more details about corporate memberships, click here.
If you have an M, L, or XL membership outside of Germany, there may be additional check-in limits. You can find more details here.
Upgrading and Downgrading Memberships
-
Upgrading: If you upgrade your membership during the month, the visit limits will adjust accordingly for the rest of that month and reset on the 1st of the next month.
-
Downgrading: If you downgrade mid-month, any remaining visit limits from the higher membership will be lost.
Online-Live Classes Limit
You can participate in one class per day, with a total of up to 30 online-live classes per calendar month. Since you’re limited to one check-in per day, you’ll need to choose between attending an online-live class or an on-site class at a venue.
