If you have reached the visit limit at one of our partners venues, you will no longer be able to check in until your visits are reset.
Memberships M, L, and XL: On the 1st of each month, your visit limit will reset to “Zero.” In the meantime, you can enjoy the offers from other partner venues. To see how many times you have visited each center during the month, simply access the “Check-ins” option in your Urban Sports Club app.
Membership S: In this case, your visit limits will reset to “Zero” on the same day your membership month renews.
If you have booked a class directly with the partner (not through the app) and reach the visit limit, the app will notify you that you cannot check in. This means you will not be able to access the class or free training you have reserved using an external booking method, whether by text message, WhatsApp, email, or call.
Please note: If you have a subscription outside of Germany, for example in Spain, France, Portugal, or Belgium, it is important to be aware of your monthly check-in limit.
If you're registered in Germany, you can only check in once a day, which means you cannot visit two partner venues on the same day. However, if you have a membership outside of Germany, you can visit more than one venue in a day, but each visit will be deducted from your membership check-in limits.
