You can cancel your membership yourself from "Your Account" on the website. Just scroll down to the bottom and click on "Request Cancellation."

Important: we changed the prices of our private memberships on 22.08.2023. If you cancel your membership, the new prices will apply upon reactivation. You can avoid this by pausing your membership for up to six months instead.
If you request your cancellation at least three days before the end of your current membership month, your membership will end at the end of your current billing cycle with no further payment. If you cancel your membership after this, your membership will end after an additional month.
What is the last day I can use my membership if it’s in the process of being canceled?
You can use your membership until the end of the day before the cancellation date. For example, if your membership is set to cancel on June 28th, you can use it until the afternoon of June 27th.
Will I receive a refund for the unused days of my membership?
No, you won't receive a refund for the unused days of your membership.
I have credit in my account from referring a friend or another type of credit I was granted. How do I request a refund for this balance?
The credit in your account will not be refunded or transferred to a new membership. If you reactivate your membership, the credit will be lost.
Can I cancel my membership while it’s paused?
Yes, you can! Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account via the Urban Sports Club app or website.
- Go to the settings section.
- Scroll down to the "Cancellation" option and submit your cancellation request.
Once this is done, a message will confirm that the pause will be replaced by the cancellation and indicate the date when the cancellation will take effect.
Important Information: Even after submitting your cancellation request, your pause will remain active until the cancellation date, however, you won’t be charged for another membership month as the cancellation will override the pause.
Cancellation Deadlines:
- If you cancel with at least 3 days' notice before your next membership month renews, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current membership month.
- If you miss this deadline, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the next membership month.
What if I want to pause my membership again after submitting a late cancellation request?
It’s easy:
- Remove your cancellation request.
- Your current pause will remain active, and you can extend it if you still have pause months available.
- Submit a new cancellation request to take effect at the end of your next membership month.
