You can change your membership tarif yourself by following this link: urbansportsclub.com/profile, then just click on "change plan" under "membership".
You can upgrade or downgrade only from your profile on the website. You can do this as many times as you need. it is not possible to set this up in the app, only on the website.
To set up and upgrade or downgrade you have to log into your account and go to your profile. Then you click on your name and a new tab opens where you choose the menu item “my account” on the far right. Scroll down and in the “membership” section click on “change plan”. There you get the date when your personal up- or downgrade will be possible. Just click “change plan on…” and the change will come into effect on this chosen date.
Upgrade – changing your membership to a higher tariff (“S” to “M” or “L”, “M” to “L” pr “L” to “XL”)
If you would like to upgrade, you have two options:
1 – Instant upgrade: You can upgrade your membership, effective immediately and use it right away. If you choose this option, you will pay the difference between the two tariffs immediately and then pay the higher price from the next month. Your membership cycle will remain the same as before the upgrade.
Upgrade from S to M: single payment of €30
Upgrade from M to L: single payment of €40
Upgrade from L to XL: single payment of €30
Upgrade from M to XL: single payment of €70
Upgrade from S to L: single payment of €70
Upgrade from S to XL: single payment of €100
2 – You can upgrade from the start of the next membership cycle. You will remain with your current tariff until the start of the next membership month, without incurring additional costs in the current membership month.
Downgrade – changing your membership to a lower tariff (“XL to L”,”M” or “S”, “L” to “M” or “S”, “M” to “S”)
You can downgrade your membership from the start of your next membership month at any time for no extra cost.
Please note: How often you can go to each studio is calculated by calendar month and if you downgrade these limits will not be reset.
Here’s an example: Say your membership begins on the 10th of every month. You have an L membership and you downgrade to a M membership on the 10th of April.
Between the first and 9th of April you have the full L allowance available, for example eight visits at a particular studio.
From the 10th of April you only have the M allowance available, for example four visits at a particular studio.
So if you’ve already visited this studio five times between the 1st and 9th of April, then you’ve already used up your allowance for this month and can’t visit the studio again until the first of the next month.
