You can change your plan (upgrade or downgrade) in the "Membership" section of "Your Account".
- If you choose an immediate upgrade, the change will take effect on the same day.
- If you schedule the change for your next billing cycle, it will take effect at the start of that cycle.

⚠️ Corporate memberships
If you have a corporate membership, the ability to upgrade or downgrade depends on the agreement between your company and Urban Sports Club.
If you don’t see any available options to change your plan, this feature may not be enabled. In that case, please check with the person in charge of memberships at your company.
📌 Important information
- Downgrades (switching to a lower plan) only take effect in the next billing cycle and cannot be applied immediately.
- If you have an annual private membership, you can request an upgrade, but you will not be able to downgrade afterward. For more details, check this article: Annual Membership
- Your billing date will not change if you switch plans.
🚀 Upgrading to a higher membership (upgrade)
1️⃣ Immediate upgrade
If you want to start using the new plan right away:
- You will be charged immediately for the price difference between your current plan and the new one.
- Starting from the next billing cycle, you will pay the full price of the new plan.
2️⃣ Schedule the upgrade for the next month
If you prefer your new plan to be activated at the start of your next billing cycle:
- You won’t be charged for the price difference at the moment of the change.
- You will begin paying the new price in the next billing cycle.

🔽 Downgrading to a lower membership (downgrade)
A downgrade will only take effect in your next available billing cycle.
- No additional fee applies.
- Your membership price will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.
Important: Visit limits do not automatically reset to 0 when switching to a lower plan.
🏋️ Example 1: Downgrading from Premium to Classic
- Your subscription renews on the 10th of each month.
- You currently have the Max plan and choose to switch to Classic starting April 10.
👉 You can use your Max plan visit limits from April 1 to April 9.
👉 From April 10, the visit limits of the Classic plan will apply.
If you have already used 4 visits at a specific partner between April 1 and April 9, you won’t be able to visit that partner again until May 1, when the visit limits reset.
🏋️ Example 2: Downgrading from Classic to Essential
- Your subscription renews on the 23rd of each month.
- You currently have the Classic plan and decide to switch to Essential on April 23.
👉 Until April 22, you will continue with the Classic plan visit limits.
👉 From April 23, the 4 check-ins per subscription month of the Essential plan will apply.
📌 For the Essential plan, visit limits reset on your billing date, not on the 1st of each month like Classic, Premium, and Max plans.
