Depending on the agreement with your employer, your membership may have different conditions to our private memberships. For example, PRO and BUSINESS members can check in once per day and all company-sponsored membership always start on the first of the month, more details on that here.
The tariff "BUSINESS" does not allow check-ins outside of Germany.
The rules on pausing are not the same for every type of contract. Not all memberships can be paused in the first 12 months of the membership. To check, you can log in to www.urbansportsclub.com and visit the section “Your Account”. If you scroll down and cannot find a "Pause Membership” option, it is currently not possible for you to pause your membership.
All corporate memberships have a notice period of up to three days before the end of their billing cycle. This means that the cancellation needs to be requested anytime up until three days before a new billing cycle starts. However, the minimum length of the contract can vary. Depending on the contractual agreements between your employer and Urban Sports Club, there might be a minimum contract length of 12 months for your membership. After this point, the membership can be cancelled following our regular cancellation policy.
