Paypal and credit card
If we are unable to debit your membership fee we will notify you by email and you will have seven calendar days to update the payment method in your profile. If it is not possible to debit within the specified period, we reserve the right to suspend your account.
You can reactivate your account at any time by updating your payment method. When you update your payment method, all outstanding membership fees will be automatically collected.
If we are unable to debit the outstanding membership fees your subscription will be terminated following our cancellation policy. Please note that if your account is suspended, all outstanding subscription fees will be billed via invoice.
SEPA/ direct debit
If your direct debit payment bounces your account will remain active and you will receive an invoice for the outstanding amounts.
