Payment method: PayPal and Credit/Debit Card
If we are unable to debit your membership fee, we will notify you by email, and you will have five calendar days to update the payment method in your profile / add money to your bank account. During these five days, we will try to charge the outstanding payment and if we are unable to collect your membership fee, we reserve the right to suspend your membership.
Payment method: SEPA (direct credit) - Payment method not available for new members - only for members in Germany:
If you issue a "chargeback" directly in your bank's app, or you dispute one of your membership fees already paid through your bank, this will mean the annulment of that membership fee, so we will suspend your account no later than 4 days after you have made the chargeback/claim with the bank, and you will only be able to reactivate your account by making a bank transfer.
If this happens, we will send you a message the same day your membership is suspended indicating the value and account information to which you must transfer the outstanding fee.
To confirm if your membership is suspended, please log in to your member profile on our website. If the status shows "Suspended," we suggest you check if you have a correct payment method or if there is enough money in your account to cover your membership fee(s).
My membership is suspended, how do I reactivate it?
To reactivate your membership, you will need to update your payment method or add money to your bank account. When you update your payment method, all outstanding membership fees will be automatically collected.
To change or update your payment method, scroll down to the "Payment" option through your member profile:
What happens if I don't update my payment method and my membership remains suspended?
If after several attempts we are unable to collect the outstanding membership fee, your membership will be cancelled at the end of the current membership month. Please note that all your unpaid member fees will be charged through an invoice in your name.
