If we are unable to debit the membership fee, you have seven calendar days to update the payment method in your profile. If it is not possible to debit within the specified period, we reserve the right to suspend your account.
You can reactivate your account at any time by updating your payment method.
When you update your payment method, all outstanding membership fees will be automatically collected.
If we are unable to collect the outstanding membership fees your subscription will be terminated following our cancellation policy.
Please note that if your account is suspended, all outstanding subscription fees will be billed via invoice
Please note: This does not apply to direct debit payments. If there your direct debit payment bounces your account will remain active and you will receive an invoice. In this case, too, the outstanding membership fees are still due.
