If you have reserved a spot for an activity and you cannot go or no longer want to attend, be sure to cancel the booking. You can do so on the app or on our webpage. If the booking was made on another platform, the cancellation of the booking must be processed from there.
If the cancellation notice period is not respected, the status of your booking will switch to "late"; if you do not cancel the booking at all, your booking will result in a "no show".
The due fee for a no show is 13 Euros. The amount will be deducted from your payment method seven days after the booked activity has taken place.
In order to avoid fees and to allow other members to make bookings for classes and trainings if there are free spots, no shows should be avoided at anytime and cancellation notice periods must be respected.
In case you feel like you have been incorrectly charged with a No Show fee, please contact us via our contact form and explain the case in detail. Do not forget to mention exactly which booking you are referring to (date, hour and name of venue).
If any, please send us proof supporting your objection - for example an e-mail when the class has been cancelled, a picture of a closed studio door or similar.
