How to cancel a booking?
If you’ve booked a class but can no longer attend, please make sure to cancel your booking as soon as possible. You can easily cancel your reservation through our app or on our website.
Bookings made directly with the partner/other booking platforms
If you made your booking by using a different platform or directly with the partner (Call, WhatsApp, email) you’ll need to process the cancellation in the same way.
Class Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Notice Period: If you don’t cancel within the required notice period, your booking status will change to "Late."

No-Show: If you fail to cancel your booking entirely, it will result in a "No Show."
Check-In Limits and Fees

Is a No-Show deducted from my check-in limit?
Yes, a registered no-show counts as a check-in. Therefore, if you have a one-check-in-per-day limit, you won't be able to check in for another activity, even if you didn't attend the class. -
Is a late cancellation deducted from my check-in limit?
No, a late cancellation does not count as a check-in. If you have a one-check-in-per-day limit, you'll still be able to check in for another activity, even if you cancel late.
Fees for Late Cancellations and No-shows
- Late Cancellation Fee: €5

No-Show Fee: €13
These fees will be deducted from your payment method seven days after the booked activity. Late cancellations or no-shows mean that someone else misses out on attending the course. We also compensate the partner location to mitigate their losses, which is why these fees are implemented.
Dispute a fee
If you believe a no-show or cancellation fee is unjust, you can appeal by submitting a ticket through our help center, citing unavoidable circumstances (e.g., no one on-site at the location, course canceled by the partner, technical issues).
Important: Fees cannot be waived if you haven’t completed the check-in using the Urban Sports Club app. This includes situations where you visited a partner venue without your phone, had no battery, or lacked mobile data.
To ensure you’re correctly checked in, please remember to scan the QR code upon arrival. If you fail to check in, it will be recorded as a no-show.
