In the Urban Sports Club app, in your profile ➡️ check-ins ➡️ check-in limits, you can check how many check-ins you have left (or you have used), by month, venue, category (online, EMS, Massage,) and plus check-ins.
This functionality will allow you to better book and schedule your activities.
If you book an activity direct to the app, through the button “book instantly”, this information will go automatically to your “check-in" page with the status booked.
If you have to book the activity through an outside provider (another booking system, email, WhatsApp), you can add this activity to your schedule, through the bottom “ add to my schedule”.
Check-in Limits:
In this example, you can check how many check-ins you have done, and how many you're still left to do by category. Then you can filter by Plus, EMS or Massage.
If you reach your limits or are close to reaching your limits, the system will count it and inform you, when you're doing your next booking.
If you're doing an instant booking, you'll have this notification:
If you're adding an activity to the schedule, you'll have this notification:
Please be aware that this is not a binding booking, so we can't guarantee you a space.
If you try to instantly book an activity that you're already reached your limits, you'll get a notification informing you can't book or add, because you've reached your limits.
