Forgot to check in? Here's what it means and how to fix it
Checking in through the app is essential to make sure your visit is registered correctly. If you forgot to check in, here's what you need to know:
If you used instant booking
- If you booked a class via instant booking and didn’t check in, a no-show will automatically be recorded in your account.
- A no-show means you had a confirmed booking but didn’t attend or didn’t check in via the app.
🚨 No-show penalties
-
First no-show: No worries! The first one is free. We understand things can happen.
-
Second and subsequent no-shows: A no-show fee of €13 will apply, charged automatically 7 days after the class date.
🔔 Tip: Always double-check your active bookings and arrive early to check in via the app.
✅ What if you accessed the venue without instant booking?
If you didn't book through the app and instead:
-
Booked directly with the partner
-
Took part in a Free training session at a gym
-
Or were allowed in by the partner without a booking,
Please note:
-
Partners cannot manually add check-ins.
-
Even if you attended, without checking in via the app, your visit won’t be registered and the partner can’t receive payment.
❗ Exceptions to no-show fees
We understand that mistakes can happen. That’s why we offer one-time exception for the penalty after your second no-show.
-
If you haven’t received a no-show exception before, you can request one.
-
Open a support ticket here and attach proof of attendance.
Acceptable proof:
-
A photo of you at the venue.
-
A photo of the attendance list at the partner location.
-
Or ask the partner to contact our Partner Support team directly.
Please note: Only one exception is allowed. From your third no-show onwards, we won’t be able to waive any fees.
