When did the migration take place?
The migration happened throughout November 2024. OneFit members were notified when it was time to switch their memberships to Urban Sports Club.
What happened with the Online Memberships?
It was discontinued entirely. This online membership did not have an equivalent within the Urban Sports Club membership scheme, so we could not migrate employees to a similar-to-OneFit Urban Sports Club experience. So, we let members know they should consider becoming an S-member with Urban Sports Club. We compensated for the price difference between OneFit’s Online membership and Urban Sports Club’s S-Membership for the first 3 months of use. Members on this specific plan received an email regarding this matter and knew how to redeem the discount for the S membership.
Is the support in Dutch still available?
Yes, no worries! The Dutch OneFit team is still there, just operating under a different brand name and alongside more international teams who work for the other Urban Sports Club countries. From now on you can find all answers to (most of) your questions in the Urban Sports Club Member Help Center. Here you will also find information on how to contact our Customer Experience teams.
What happened to my OneFit Membership? (Private memberships)
Your OneFit membership was seamlessly migrated to an Urban Sports Club membership. Here’s what happened:
- Membership Price: The price of your membership remained unchanged.
- Monthly Check-ins: The number of monthly check-ins you had was not affected.
- Visit Limits: The limits on your visits at partner venues stayed the same.

Was any action required from employers?
No action was required on your part as an employer. We ensured that the migration process was hassle-free for you. -
Do we need to sign a new agreement?
No, the current agreement will remain valid as the memberships won’t be changing for the time being. When they do, we will communicate this in advance, so please keep the email in check. -
Did the billing period stay the same for OneFit B2B members?
The billing period changed from a 30-day period to a monthly one. This meant that all memberships of your employees ran in the same period. Employees were able to subscribe until the 20th of the month. If they subscribed after the 20th, their membership started on the 1st of the next month. -
Did you get new internal communication materials to share this benefit with your employees?
Yes, we provided you with new communication materials (such as brochures and posters) to ensure you could inform all your employees about this benefit.
