Yes, you can rebook a class! Just keep in mind that if you try to book it as the class date/time gets closer, you might not be able to and may have to join the waiting list if the partner offers that option.
I can’t book a class that I just canceled, why not?
It’s possible that you’re trying to book it at the same time as another member, which could result in a technical glitch. In that case, we recommend trying again. If after several attempts you still can’t book it, feel free to open a ticket through our contact form. Make sure to attach a screenshot of the error so we can help you faster.
What happens if I try to attend a class I canceled late? Can I still check in?
In this case, we recommend that you contact the partner directly to confirm if you can attend. Since you canceled the class, it’s possible that your spot was offered to one of their direct members or even to another Urban Sports Club member who booked it.
If the partner confirms you can attend, you’ll be able to check in even if your reservation is marked as a late cancellation. Simply scan the QR code and select the reservation marked as "late," and it will convert into a completed check-in.
Remember, a reservation canceled late does not count against your check-in/visit limit, but a fee of 5 euros may be applied.
