If your employer rejects your membership activation request, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You signed up using your private email address instead of your company email.
- You attempted to sign up under the wrong company or subsidiary.
- You are not eligible for a membership through your company.
Important: If your membership request is rejected, you will not be charged. We recommend reaching out to your employer or the relevant representative in your company to clarify the reason for the rejection.
