If you want to change your billing date to the 1st of the month, please note that this is when:
- Your visit limits with our partners reset.
- Your check-in limits reset (if your membership is registered outside Germany).
Can I change my billing date?
If your membership has already started, it is not possible to change your billing date.
Alternative for private memberships
If you have a private membership (without a corporate discount), you can:
- Cancel your membership by following our 3-day notice cancellation policy before your next membership month starts.
- Reactivate it on the 1st of the next available month.
For corporate members
If you have a corporate membership, your billing date should always be the 1st of the month.
