How do I allow the app to access my camera?

When setting up the Urban Sports Club app for the first time, you’ll be prompted to grant access to your phone’s camera. This is necessary for certain features, such as checking in via QR code.

Why might camera access stop working?

After an operating system update, your phone might reset some default settings—this can disable camera access for the app without warning. If this happens, the app will usually notify you with a message.

If no message appears, you can manually restore camera access in your phone’s settings.

To give camera access to an app:
