How to book a Live Class
Simply visit the Live Classes section of our website to find all the courses on offer from our partners. This way, you can train across Europe from the comfort of your own home, checking in to courses just like you’re used to. If you're in the app just filter by "live-online classes only" in the Activity Type section to find the online courses available.
To book - just simply open up the activity by clicking 'Continue' and then click "Instant Book"
We'll make the link to the livestream available to you within the "Schedule" area of your member profile. Within 15 mins of the class starting, we'll display a button 'Go To Livestream' that allows you to go to Livestream directly.
We'll also send you a link with the URL for the live stream 15 minutes before the class starts, so keep an eye on your mailbox. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. Add us to your address book to ensure you receive the email to your inbox.
Please note: The "Go to livestream" button will disappear after the class ends and should you try and access the link in your email you will get an error message.
Please also note: There will be some classes where our partner has not provided us with the streaming link. For these Live Classes, you will get an email directly from the partner and will be able to join the livestream via the link provided in their email. The button "Check in to Livestream" will also not appear in your membership profile for those cases.
By clicking on the link to go to the livestream, we will automatically check you in to the activity and be able to pay the partner for your participation
It's that simple.
What is the visit limit?
You can take part in multiple classes per day up to a total of 30 per calendar month and within the frame of the visit limits at a venue. However, you can only take part in one class at the same partner per day.
For S membership the limit is four check ins per month, which can be any combination of on-site and live classes (for example two online classes and two on site).
