In case you have made a booking for a live class but your link is late, you can also find the link to the live stream from your profile on the website or App.
To access the live stream on the website: Just log in to urbansportsclub.com and go to “schedule” (you have not taken part in a live class yet) or
“check-ins” (you have already joined a live class). 15 minutes before the start of the course you will also receive an email with a button that says “Check-in for livestream now” which takes you directly to the livestream.
Please make sure you have added us to your address book to ensure you receive the email to your inbox and check your social and junk folder if you still cannot find it.
If for whatever reason you did not join the class, then no check-in will be added to your account and it will not be deducted from your visit limits.
