From 1st July we will unpause all of our members with a membership linked to their employer. This means that your company pays part of or your whole membership fee each month.
What if I do not want to unpause my membership?
If you would like to pause for an additional month (up to 1st August 2020) then all you need to do is click on the link in the email we sent to you on 19th June. Only if you are unable to access this email then please get in touch with our customer care team as described below.
How much compensation will I get for my time in the COVID pause?
We will compensate you on a pro-rata basis for all the days you were on pause. So if you paid your membership fee on 1st April and then set up the COVID pause on 15th April you missed out on fifteen of thirty days of membership, so you would only pay half of your normal membership fee when you are reactivated on 1st July. You were not charged on your normal billing date while in the COVID pause
