Most memberships have a notice period of one month, excluding some corporate contracts with a 12-month contract and the S membership, which is three month’s notice. As it is not possible to be on pause in your last month(s) of membership following your request to cancel, your cancellation request will be removed if you decide to instantly pause instead. This means after requesting to cancel you will have at least one additional payment before your membership ends. We recommend ending your instant pause one day before the new billing cycle begins and then immediately requesting to cancel. During your last active month(s) of membership you can of course take advantage of our online offer to keep active at home.
You can check which day your new membership month starts from your profile on the website. Just be sure to remove the COVID pause one day before your next billing cycle starts.
