Due to accounting reasons, a transfer of your existing membership is not possible and we therefore would like to ask you to register again.
You can easily cancel your current membership from your profile on our website at the end of the current membership month. Please make sure to request the cancellation at least three days before the end of your membership cycle.
Once the cancellation has come into effect, you can either sign up again with a whole new membership, or, alternatively, reactivate the membership under the corporate conditions that apply for you, as explained in the following:
1) Log in on www.urbansportsclub.com with your former log-in data
2) Please ignore the reactivate buttons and instead change the URL in the browser address to the landing page that the company you want to sign up with will provide. Before you open the link, add /reactivate to the URL. (www.urbansportsclub.com/companyURL/reactivate)
3) Reactivate your membership with the desired plan
