I don't receive the link for my online class
You can find the link to the livestream in your profile. Here you find a detailed description.
I don't receive a confirmation for my pause/cancelation
If you are not sure whether your pause or cancellation was successful because you didn't receive a confirmation email, you can also check it directly in your profile.
To do so, log in to urbansportsclub.com, click on your name in the upper right corner and select "Your account". Now scroll down to the " Membership " item.
Here you can see if a pause or cancellation has been entered:

In this case please contact us directly via our contact form, we will assist you as soon as possible.
