(This applies only to contracts with an initial minimum term of 12 months.)
If you leave your employer before the 12-month contract term ends, please follow these steps:

Submit your cancellation:
Submit your cancellation request via our contact form. -
Provide proof of termination:
Send us proof of your termination, including your last working day, so we can process the early termination of your membership. -
Observe the deadline:
Ensure your cancellation reaches us at least three days before the end of your billing period.
Important notes:
- Retroactive cancellations are not possible, even if you leave the company and submit your cancellation too late.
- Your employer can also cancel your membership directly through their corporate portal.
- If we receive your proof on time, we will take care of processing your cancellation.
