Our annual membership is exclusively for new members and comes with a great discount compared to our monthly plans. You can grab the Essential membership for just €24, the Classic for €59, the Premium for €99, and Max for €149 with one check in per day cap (in Germany). 🕒 Membership Duration
With this special membership, you'll enjoy the benefits for a whole year, that's 12 months! But hey, don't worry about a lump-sum payment – it's split into monthly payments for your convenience. After the exciting 12 months, your membership will shift to a regular monthly one. And just to keep you in the loop, if a payment doesn't go through, your membership might take a nap (suspended, that is).
🚫 What are the specifics of the annual membership cancellation policy?
To cancel your annual membership, log into your account and find the "Cancel Membership" button. Your membership will be canceled after the 12-month contract period.
Can I pay a penalty fee to cancel my annual private membership before the 12-month contract period?
❌ No, you cannot pay a penalty fee to cancel your annual contract before the 12 months are completed.
If you need to cancel your membership early due to exceptional circumstances, such as:
- 🏡 Moving to a country or city where we do not operate.
- 🤰 Being pregnant.
- 🏥 Facing a long-term illness or injury.
- 👩💻 Losing your job.

💳 When will my annual membership be charged?
Your contract is annual, but you will be charged every month, exactly on the day you have started your membership.

You can upgrade your annual membership to any of the following options:
⭐ Classic for €59 per month.
💎 Premium for €99 per month.
🚀 Max for €149 per month.
To make the change, you can manage it directly from your profile in the app.
⏬ Downgrade
As for downgrading to your previous membership, well, it's not on the menu for annual memberships. Always keep in mind, that when you sign you with the annual membership, you can't downgrade your membership.
⏸️ Pause
It is not possible to pause your annual membership, you would have to wait for the year contract and request a change to a monthly membership to have this option.

Ready to amp up your game? Upgrade to our Extra memberships and enjoy 2 check-ins per day! 🚀 But, heads up – once you go Extra, you can't go back to the regular membership (1 check in per day).

How to Switch from a monthly private membership to an annual Plan?
Switching is simple! Follow these steps:
- Log in to Your Account via our website.
- Go to the "Membership" section and select "Change Plan".
- Choose your desired plan for the annual membership; you can stick to your current plan if you prefer.
- Select the "Annual" option.
- If you're registered in Germany, you can choose between:
- The standard plan, with 1 check-in per day.
- The "Extra" plan, which allows 2 check-ins per day.
Important:
- The change from a monthly to an annual membership will take effect at the beginning of your next membership month. This option is available only for private memberships.
- If you already have an annual membership, switching from an annual to a monthly one is not possible.
