If unfortunately you are not feeling well or injured and cannot attend a class at the last minute, please cancel it via the App if you made an instant booking/bindingly booking.
If you did not make a bindingly booking, cancel it in the same way you booked it, - by calling the venue, sending a WhatsApp, or sending an email to the venue.
If you cancel outside the cancellation window, which is usually 12 hours before the start of the class, a "late cancellation" will be registered on your history, you can get in touch with us via our contact form so that we can review your case in detail and determine if we can make an exception and remove the €5 fee.
Please note that we can only make one exception, so if you consider that we should remove another late cancellation fee from your history, please send us proof (doctor's note) that you were unable to attend the class.
